      HL-Team decision: 40 points penalty for both HL players.

      [08-jul-03]   Important: While playing random maps make sure, that host generated random map. Before receiving data, you need to see, that host is generating random map for 5-10 seconds.

      [03-jul-03]    HL-Team analyzed saves that were sent by HL-members to out HL-Team. Unfortunately we found out, that HL-Member - toh_winner, used map editing in random generating or launched already edited maps.
       We have 100% proves of his cheating in saves that were sent by Saint_Bg, Antal, Helmut_Kohl etc. In saves we could see unbelievable facts of random generator, like relicts guarded by very weak monsters on his side of the maps using template where relics are forbidden at all. Also 20 000 experience guarded by 20 of lizardmen; 20 champions, joining without diplo; obelisk without any defense standing close to it! - that is impossible on any random map; in any game he has gloves, boots & scholar of logistics, that is brought by his main at the beginning; etc ... While asking him to be the host or to change colors – he refusing. The skill of the player is not high, that's clear from saves too. Saves are available on the site.
       HL-Team decision: All unfinished games with toh_winner forfeited. All unreported losses with him - will be reported by HL-Judge. His account is booted from HL.
       Important: While playing random games make saves. Also ask to show you maps list & choose color if you are not hosting the game, if the one refuse, make us know about it.
